MEET Darren Terry
Founder & Strength and Conditioning Coach | House of 88 Fastpitch Training

ABOUT:
Darren Terry leads performance training at House of 88 with a simple belief: female athletes deserve a dedicated home where they can train with confidence, safety, and purpose. With more than 15 years of experience coaching baseball and softball, Darren brings a disciplined, athlete-centered approach that prioritizes proper movement, strength, durability, and long-term development.
As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist, he focuses on building stronger, more resilient athletes who move better, compete harder, and carry confidence beyond the field. Darren proudly served in the U.S. Navy and later in the Air Force Reserves, experiences that shaped his leadership style, accountability, and commitment to service.
Darren founded House of 88 to be more than a facility — it is a true home for female athletes. He is especially passionate about supporting first-generation collegiate athletes and helping them create opportunities through hard work, discipline, and belief in themselves.
Darren is a proud husband and father, deeply invested in his family and the athletes he serves.
